quiet locationconvenient accessfriendly staff
the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the main road and major museums. the tram stop offered convenient access to amsterdam central and shopping districts. accessing the main attractions was very easy. the staff were friendly. it was nice to be able to rest in a quiet location. i enjoyed this convenience.
The hotel did not supply milk or creamers for the coffee and tea machine. That was disappointing.

i found a variety of restaurants near the hotel. there were chinese and italian restaurants. it was very easy to find cafes and markets close by. the breakfast offer was great.

The courtyard seemed very relaxing. the hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood. there is a bus to the airport not far from the hotel. This helps with transportation.

The location of the hotel is excellent and it is near many museums. The area around is quiet and not too touristy.
Our room was quite small, and it seemed a little tired with some scuffs. I found some practical touches missing, such as a fridge. The bathroom was also very tiny for two persons.

the location is great near vondelpark easy access to the city via buses or trams. i found the room and bathroom nice and clean. the lobby area was also comfy i appreciated that. the staff was friendly and helpful i found
the room lacked a full length mirror i thought and also a mini fridge would have added extra convenience for me.

the staff were very nice they catered to my needs. i received a welcome note it was hand written. i felt warm and homey in the lobby it seemed like a living room.

the hotel is near the concertgebau with multiple visiting options it has convenient transportation access. i could easily rent bicycles from the hotel. i enjoyed the view of the church from my window also.

the room was very clean it was nicely decorated i could access the patio from my room. clean sheets were provided and the towels were changed every day. the bed was comfortable.

breakfasts were fantastic they prepared me for a day of sightseeing. i found the breakfast superb in particular. the hotel made it with much care and attention i noticed.

Solid Stay Near the Museums

The location was great for visiting museums. I took the tram to the central station without issues. Staff held my luggage when I arrived early.
I found a church across the street. It had a loud bell. This bell rang every half hour between 7 AM and 10 PM. Soundproofing in my room was not good.
